| Kathy
Iwanowski's art is about color and layer. She especially likes working
with individuals and businesses who are looking to start collecting
art and infusing color and energy in their home and work space. An
artist, writer, consultant, and speaker, she graduated from the University
of South Florida with a BA in Studio Art. She facilitated "Artist
Way" discussion groups at Barnes & Noble Booksellers in Clearwater,
Florida for a year and is currently a mentor in the Pinellas County
Arts Council's pilot mentor/mentee program called smART FUTURES@.
She teaches drawing and painting at her own studio as well as Artists
Unlimited Inc in Tampa. She is a featured "Tampa Bay Tour of
Turtles" artist with that piece being on display at the Clearwater
Marine Aquarium. In 2003, she was selected as an Artist-in-Residence
for the South Carolina State Parks. She was just featured on "In
the Park", a local cable program. She is a member of WomenArtistsRising,
TESA, Wordsmiths, Business Networking Int'l, and Florida Barter. Her
expertise in many fields makes her an interesting and enthusiastic
interviewee and lecturer. She is well-versed in the topics of beginning
art collecting, creativity, personal enrichment, professional enhancement,
small business development, career change, risk-taking, entrepreneurship,
