Like petrified wood, Fransbergen's forms are of the earth. They set roots down deep for sustenance. Imagine climbing out of a tree-like torso to birth ourselves into a world of our own making. In nature we are whole. Removed from nature, broken. These Raku clay pieces are hand-sculptured Inspirations born from the earth and the wood and the Fire. Using centuries-old techniques of firing clay in wood burning pits, Estella's work expresses it's own life and ends showing it's soul.

Ms. Fransbergen is an upcoming artist. Born in South Africa, Ms. Fransbergen is mainly a self taught artist . She has studied in the Netherlands and Florence, Italy. Ms. Fransbergeb has exhibited her work in Florence, Italy and in Florida.
