I am Art! Born in Bogota, Colombia. I have a sentimental heart, it is my heart exposed to everyday life and every night dreams, my childhood and a moment still, in time, in my mind. Like a picture from so long ago yet clear as day. I like to create a space where you can relate to that frozen moment now being shared. painting to me is like breaking in the dark and then this lucid bright light becomes. I like to play with colors, I like them strong and all carefully placed, layers and layers, there is so much color beneath the surface in everyday life, I feel my work needs it, to really connect with how I felt at the moment that image was born in my mind. I want all of the senses to be awaken, creating emotion. I like bittersweet romanticism and finding the balance between black and white. I feel grateful that many people have appreciated my interpretation of life and emotions and hope that as I grow as an individual and an artist I can create a connection that it is as real to you as it is to me. - Nyahzul
