Florida Artist:

I work in various mediums with my favorites being the good, old number two pencil, pen & inks, and oil or acrylics on Irish linen canvas; but I, also, love to experiment. I majored in sculpture in the School of Fine arts at Ohio University, Athens... have attended various other schools finally graduating in "84" from Southern State at Fincastle.

My writings consist, primarially, of poetry in various forms. I am a juried exhibited artist and a published writer. My last publications have been as a contributing author to the late Al Aronowitz's the "Blacklisted Journalist"... out of the "Village". Occaissionally I combine the writing and art in the form of picture poem art-prints. I have 39 different, limited edition art-prints out; and periodically, I do live readings of my poetry on request for a fee. I have a new children's book out titled, "THE BUTTERFLY, THE BEE, and THE SPIDER". It can be found with a pages preview at: www.lulu.com/content/1253832. I am working on another book for older children titled, "The O'Dome"... a science fiction piece. I illustrate all. I initially print my books up myself on archival stock, numbered/dated/and signed as Limited Edition art-print series, and until they are picked-up and printed in mass for general circulation.

My art-prints are currently, the "Student Series", some 14 pcs. The "Heron Series", some 7 pcs. The "Alaskan Series", some 15 pieces, and my very first three lithographs, "Any Child", "Butterflies" both picture poem pieces, and "Hunters Creek" a pen & ink print... thesel three numbering 0 thru 1000.
